Order Processing Time 

  • Once you place an order with BOA PALACE, we begin the production process to ensure the highest quality. Some of our pieces are handmade, which means processing times may vary between 2 to 14 days before shipping. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  • If processing takes longer than expected, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Time & Carriers for Domestic Orders

Once your order is ready, shipping time depends on your selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping (Europe): Typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Express Courier: 3-5 business days estimation shipping options are available at checkout.

We use the following carriers, depending on the destination country:
DHL, DPD, InPost, FedEx, UPS, and Orlen Paczka.

Locker Services

  • We also offer locker service delivery, which you can choose at checkout.
  • However, parcel pickup points must be selected after completing your order (checkout process).

International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries worldwide.
  • The shipping time frame for international standard shipping orders is 10-25 business days, & international express estimation 4-10 business days but delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed.
  • International Shipping & Customs Fees - 
    Orders over $200 are eligible for free standard international shipping. However, for shipments outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges vary by location and are determined by local customs authorities. We recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more details before placing an order.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and location.
