Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer bears the costs and risk associated with returning the goods.

If your return is accepted, and you don't use InPost service we will tell you how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

According to EU law, customers have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason when shopping online. This period is counted from the day you receive the product. To exercise the right to return, the customer must inform us of the decision in writing (e.g. e-mail). - Does not apply to personalized products.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue.

Return Conditions

For goods to be eligible for return:

  • They must be purchased within the last 60 days.
  • They must be in their original packaging.
  • They must be intact and show no signs of use.
  • A receipt must be included.

Non-returnable Goods

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Goods made to order or strictly personalized.
  • Goods that, due to their nature, will be inextricably connected to other items after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
